A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and shortly after birth. We don’t replace your partner or provider—we work as part of your team to help you feel empowered and supported.

As your birth doula, I will:

✔️ Be on call 24/7 as your due date approaches
✔️ Support you through labor with hands-on comfort and emotional care

✔️ Follow up with a postpartum visit to check in and debrief
